	Remote Computer Services	We quickly gain access to your computer using our remote technology application. Once we gain access, our certified technicians will diagnose any computer problems you may have.	$80 per hour
	Virus/Malware/Spyware Removal	Removal of viruses including performance optimization and antivirus software.	$120
	Wireless Network Setup	Wireless Router or Access Point configuration including wireless security encryption and connectivity.	$120
	Operating System Repair or Re-Install	Complete operating system installation with data, drivers, original software, and operating system updates.	$120
	Data Recovery	For customers who experience data loss. We perform drive diagnostics & low level repair. Clean room services available.	$140
	Home Data Backup	Installation and setup of Acronis Backup & Recovery. Allowing for complete disaster recovery in case of disk failure or damage.	$160
	Family Safeguards For Children	We install specialized software to limit internet usage and keep your children safe from all types of online threats.	$120
Minimum one hour for onsite technical support and one half hour for remote technical support. After the first hour and half hour rates billed in 15 minute increments of $17.50 for onsite and $20 for remote.
